How long does deep cleaning take?
Our deep cleans usually take four hours to complete. However, cleaning times depend on the extent of cleaning needed and the size of the property, so please allow extra time for us to complete the job thoroughly.
Do I need to supervise the cleaning team?
No, we provide a supervisor for every deep clean to provide oversight and quality control.
How many cleaners are in a team?
This depends on the size of the property. We will let you know how many cleaners are assigned to you when we send your quotation.
Do you provide products and equipment?
Yes, we'll bring everything needed.
Do I need to be there while the team cleans?
Our supervisor will be present on site, so you don't need to stay the whole time. However, you may want to be present to answer questions or make specific requests.
